Cockatoo Hill Reservoir is a large dam at Neilborough (15 minutes north of Bendigo).
I packed both the drone and fishing equipment in hope to having a fish plus getting some shots and footage, upon arrival it was very windy so I tried my luck with the fishing aspect. I fished the whole dam hoping for some redfin and concentrated a lot of effort around the inflow channel which had quite an amount of water coming in.
I caught 0 my excuse was the inflow brought the fish all their food so my lures received no interest. The wind had died down and I could have launched the drone but I wanted to check out another spot so here are my land based pictures of Cockatoo Hill Reservoir
