Here is how to view the local host of your network on another device. You may be running XAMPP on your computer and want to check it out from a mobile device.
Make sure the device is connected to your network.
Press the Windows key and R at the same time
in the run tab type cmd
then type ipconfig and press enter
now find your ip4 address and type that in on your iPhone to view localhost
