I ran bench.sh and nench.sh on all 15 Vultr locations mid 2018. I used the $5 tier, which gives 25 GB of SSD space, 1 virtual CPU and 1024 MB of ram. The benchmarks where ran roughly the same time. I put the data in a handy sort able table, which also colors the highest value (gold) and lowest (red) for each column. To download the bench logs click on the location text and you will get the bench.sh and nench.sh benchmarks in a text file.
