After seemingly what was not a genuinly wet Winter, certain Central Victorian Reservoirs are going into Summer with plenty of water.

Malmsbury Reservoir is at 81% compared to previous times and almost a year ago it is very surprising. Surprising aspect to many considering parts of the temp fencing around the tower is now drowning.
