Clippers vs Rockets the infamous locker room storming game

15th January 2018 the Houston Rockets playing the Clippers in Los Angeles, With Chris Paul from the Rockets returning against his former side of which he was a leader and face of the Clippers for many years.

Through out the game Chris Paul was seen engaging the crowd, talking back to the Clippers bench and having contact with Blake Griffin the Clippers star power forward on numerous occasions.

The fist notable incident was Blake Griffin brushing past Rockets coach Mike D’antoni as he ran up the court:

Next they have words with Chris Paul getting involved

Then minutes later after the refs missed a goaltend from the Clippers Blake Griffin got his Compression tights ripped by Ariza. Then after getting possession and about to go out-of-bounds throws the ball hard into Eric Gordon, a legal play but something not done with full power and to the upper body:

Then comes the real entertainment, as the ball is up the end of the Clippers bench Austin Rivers and Patrick Beverly are seen talking at Trevor Ariza who talks back. At the stage the Clippers have the win and Griffin has had enough and confronts Ariza; Griffin gets tossed and Rivers pipes up more on the bench making Ariza head in that direction before being controlled and sent down to his change rooms. Griffin on the way down to the change rooms takes of his jersey and throws it into the crowd.

What followed this match was pretty crazy, reports started popping up on Twitter that Rockets players were trying to get into the Clippers change rooms and that Chris Paul used a secret back door to gain entry to have a ‘word’ with Blake Griffin whilst Ariza and Gerald Green were after Austin Rivers. These actions from the Rockets aren’t a good look especially when you lost to an understrength Clippers.
